NOTRE DAME MEN'S wrestling PROGRAM

 

The school’s newest sport launched during the 2016-17 winter season. The Green Knights did have a few wrestlers compete for Notre Dame as individuals before adding the sport as the school’s 13th official varsity sport. In its brief existence, the program has yielded two SCC champions and graduated its first four year class following the 2017-18 season. Christian Fillion ‘19 became the first four-year varsity wrestler and graduated as the school’s all-time leader in career wins with 106. Alex Barbour ‘20 finished fourth in his weight class at the Class L Meet, advancing to the Class L State Open Meet to conclude the 2018-19 season.
