A veteran of the high school wrestling scene, Richard Anderson was named Notre Dame’s wrestling coach in 2018. Anderson, who is a USA Wrestling Bronze Level Coach, has spent the last six winters serving as a volunteer assistant coach with the Jonathan Law High School wrestling program. He has previously served as the head coach at Stratford HS from 2000-2004 and at Springfield Cathedral High School in Massachusetts from 1990-91. He has also served as an assistant coach at Warren Harding HS from 1995-1998 and has been associated with the Milford Indians Wrestling Club since 2010. Anderson, who has a Business Management Degree from Springfield College and an Associate of Science Degree from UMass-Amherst, is currently a Police Officer at Southern Connecticut State University. |
