Placement Exams Information & Registration:

All families are required to complete the Placement Exam Registration Form at the bottom of the page. Please complete the Form by Thursday, May 16 so we may plan for your son's Placement Exam(s). All exams will be held at Notre Dame High School and a confirmation email will be sent prior to the exam date. Student's should plan to bring two #2 pencils, a water bottle/snack and a graphing calculator with them on their exam date. Questions about Placement Exams should be directed to the Admission Team at [email protected]

Overview of Course Placement: In their acceptance letters, all students have received preliminary course placements. These placements were determined based on a thorough assessment of the student’s 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade Q1 report cards, standardized test scores, along with their application materials and recommendations. It’s important to note that placements were made with caution, allowing students the opportunity to “move up” in specific subjects through placement tests. Questions about your son's initial course placement should be directed to Ms. Caroline Burns at [email protected].

World Language Placement Exams:

  • Students continuing Spanish, Latin, or Italian from middle school will undergo a required placement exam to determine appropriate class levels.
