Ordained as a Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America in 2002, Rev. Sinibaldo has been involved in youth ministry since 1994, starting as a cabin counselor at church camp in Wisconsin, serving as a youth minister in a parish, and then leading as pastor in four parishes. He has a B.A. in History from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI, a Master of Divinity (M.Div) degree from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN, and a Master of Sacred Theology (STM) degree from the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, PA. Rev. Sinibaldo serves as pastor at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Old Saybrook, CT and is also the Chaplain and a Volunteer Firefighter at the Old Saybrook Fire Department. He loves helping others connect faith to action in everyday life. Rev. Sinibaldo lives in Old Saybrook with his wife, Tammie, their two teenage children and the chickens they raise for eggs! He has been a runner for over ten years. His favorite race he has done is the Reach the Beach race in New Hampshire which is a 200 mile relay race that he runs with Camp Calumet as a fundraiser for youth camp scholarships. He is excited to join the Notre Dame community in the religion department and can’t wait to meet this year’s students! |
