Biography:
Mr. Koomson has been a math teacher and soccer coach for 21 years. Born and raised in Ghana, Mr. Koomson attended United World College in the UK before coming to the United States to pursue a B.A. at Franklin & Marshall College.  He then went on to complete his M.A. at Villanova University, and an MBA at West Chester University. In 2004, Mr. Koomson founded the Heritage Academy, a Pre-K to 12th-grade school in Ghana. He was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Franklin and Marshall College in 2015 for his work. Mr. Koomson and his wife, Melissa, live in Wallingford, CT.
